How can I make a donation?
There are two ways to donate to Sechelt Hospital Foundation:
- You can mail a cheque to: Sechelt Hospital Foundation, PO Box 1761, Sechelt, BC V0N 3A0.
- You can call us at 604-885-8637 and we will process your Visa or Master Card donation over the phone.
Please contact us at 604-885-8637 to discuss: Gift in Memory, Gift in Honour, Gift in Your Will, Gift of Securities, Endowment Funds, Life Insurance, RRSP/RRIF’s, Real Estate or Charitable Gift Annuity.
What is the Foundation’s legal name and charitable business number?
When leaving a gift in your will or finalizing any legal document related to your gift to Sechelt Hospital Foundation, it is extremely important that you use our correct legal name: Sechelt Hospital Foundation Society.
Our charitable business number is 88915-7194-RR-0001.
Who is the Sechelt Hospital Foundation Society?
Sechelt Hospital Foundation was established in 1995, taking the place of Sechelt Hospital Society. The Foundation prudently manages donations made to subsidize physical and equipment capital costs, as well as special projects that are related to the sustainability and enhancement of quality health services offered through Sechelt Hospital.
How can I update my mailing or other contact information?
If you wish to change your contact information, or if you wish to be removed from our donor list or communication distribution, or please call us at 604-885-8637, or email us with your request, first and last name, contact mailing and email addresses, and phone number to: sh.foundation@vch.ca

How do I apply as a volunteer to assist Sechelt Hospital Foundation with fundraising?
We would be delighted to hear from you if you are interested in volunteering your time and expertise in support of Sechelt Hospital Foundation and our community hospital. We need special expertise in a variety of areas, such as strategic planning, electronic and social media applications, special event planning, fundraising and development specialties, public relations and marketing, community and business liaison and outreach. To assist us in finding the best volunteer opportunities for you, please call the office to make an appointment to discuss your interests and your background, and/or submit a short letter along with your resume outlining your experience and skills.
