Donations to Sechelt Hospital Foundation can be made in one of three ways:

1. By cheque payable to “Sechelt Hospital Foundation” and sent to Sechelt Hospital Foundation, PO Box 1761, Sechelt, BC  V0N 3A0. Please complete the Cash Donation Form and include it with your cheque.
2. Online using the form below. Please enter donation amount ($) then click blue button (ADD DONATION AMOUNT). Then proceed to enter your contact information and select either credit card, cheque or etransfer.
3. Or over the phone using a Visa or Master Card by calling 604-885-8637
